Three Penny Opera

The Three Penny Opera is a classic work of epic theatre, a celebrated collaboration by
the composer Kurt Weill and poet, playwright Berthold Brecht that was premiered in
1928 at the Berlin’s ‘Theater am Schiffbauerdamm’.

The Renolds Jazz Orchestra today presents an amazing jazz instrumental rendition
of this musical comedy preserving the mood and emotions of the original work. This is only made
possible by the RJO musicians that are soloists in their own rights within and outside the jazz genre!
With theatrical suspence and musical excellence RJO’s Three Penny Opera is indeed an ultimate show
stopper! Start 2012
